Hopefully you are able to get more sleep during this time of confinement. In addition to staying hydrated, here is a list of foods you should definitely be eating now to keep your immune system strong and allow your organs to detoxify. These foods are things you should try to consume regularly but especially now during this extra stressful time. I've already posted the Sweet Potato Soup recipe to heal and comfort you. Sweet Potatoes – repairs cell damage, promote productive bacteria in the stomach, small intestine and colon, while at the same time, starve out unproductive bacteria and fungi such as mold.
