I love talking about food, cookbooks, ingredients, travel, culture and my French Bulldogs but I don't like talking about me. So I'll make this quick. I have a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor's degree from Moravian College in Business Management. In addition to teaching people how to cook, I am also the Director of the Doylestown Farmers Market, Director of the Nutrition Program for CIHaiti, Board Member of the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance and a Culinary Consultant with a focus on Farm to Hospital program development. I am married with two children, two Frenchies and a serious cookbook addiction.
Nutrition is best when food is locally grown without chemicals, eaten seasonally and prepared with love. I love teaching people how to cook with the beautiful, seasonal ingredients from farms right around the corner.
