The farm to table lifestyle we crave...

... is as close as our backyard - literally.  The farm to table lifestyle is as simple as growing herbs in containers on your back porch and doing the majority of your food shopping at the farmers market, to as complex as creating a large garden to grow your own food and/or homesteading. The key to it all is valuing the quality of food you eat and cooking for yourself.  We travel to Italy, France, Greece and elsewhere for inspiration and motivation, then come home to cultivate this healthy way of being in our own lives. It has been my joy for the last 12 years to teach cooking classes using local ingredients and to take you on culinary adventures. Since my physical cooking studio is closed, I will continue to update this space with new ways we can connect. Below is a list of local sources to use.

If you don't live in Bucks County, PA, find your local farmers market via Google search, visit your state's agricultural university for a list of local farms and markets, or visit the USDA National Farmers Market Directory.
