It’s Aperitivo time in Venice and that means Ciccheti, or small snacks to go with your wine. You’ll enjoy two different cicchetti with the wine you bring while we travel down to Liguria for our main course and dessert. Our main course will use chicken thighs instead of rabbit but will be made in the same delicious way - a rich meat and pasta dish to help you forget the cold weather. Our dessert is a custardy rice dish described as rice pudding meets flan.
