About the event
Starting in the Alps to get in the spirit for the Milano/Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, we’ll celebrate the cuisine of the Dolomites. The cheeses in this region are superb and when you are snowed in in the mountains, you make the most of Winter staples like cheese, bread, cabbage and pasta. We’ll start with Italian fondue or Fonduta. For our hearty and comforting main course you’ll make fresh, whole wheat, eggless pasta, and for our dessert, everyone can make their own Pizzelle. This is a semi hands-on class for cheese lovers! Please bring a rolling pin, an apron and your appetite!
