An Intro to the Food & Wine of Greece - Special Class with Sommelier Steve Decina
I’m welcoming back my wonderful friend Sommelier Steve Decina (that’s right, a wine tasting is included) for two dates to officially kick off an introduction to Greece. Like France and Italy, Greece’s cuisine is also regional. In this hands-on class we’ll make a meal out Mezze with four dishes and their accompanying wine. Feel free to shout “Opa!” throughout the class. Spontaneous dancing is welcomed! One of our dishes will contain meat and of course we will be using feta and filo!
