Special Event with Maria Teresa & Nonna Franca of Altomonte’s for The Butcher’s Daughter cookbook
I am thrilled to welcome Maria Teresa & Nonna Franca, owners of our community’s beloved Altomonte’s Italian Market for a very special class featuring recipes from their brand new cookbook The Butcher’s Daughter. This is a semi hands-on class with four courses. Franca will teach you how to make a special pasta shape from the book and you will practice hand rolling it. You’ll also have the opportunity to put the finishing touches on their special dessert. Maria & Franca will also demonstrate many of their cooking skills and share so much of their knowledge with you. The ticket price also includes a signed and personalized copy of the cookbook and Maria & Franca are bringing wine for you to enjoy from their wine shop.
