French Truffle Dinner
During my 2024 Culinary Group Trip to France we visited Les Pastras farm in Provence for a truffle hunt! It was one of the highlights of the trip for me and for many. I’ll tell you all about it in class! While on the farm I had the chance to support them (and benefit me) by purchasing a French Truffle Oak tree. My name is on the tree! Every year I receive a harvest of truffles from the farm. Celebrate this truffle season with me by cooking a delicious 3 course menu together in this semi hands-on class. We’ll enjoy the appetizer and dessert I ate that day on the farm (walk down memory lane with me) and we’ll cook the main course of Roasted Chicken with Truffles and Potatoes Dauphinoise avec Truffle.
